During my long career in sports, I have acquired a vast knowledge of various aspects of physical development, including body coordination, stamina improvement, and specialized diets. Furthermore, I learned how to prevent injuries, provide proper medical treatment and carefully select effective supplements.
During my professional career, I received numerous requests for assistance in developing a personal fitness plan. I thoroughly enjoyed helping others improve their physical health and achieve their maximum potential. As a result, following my retirement from professional sports, I became a certified fitness trainer and started sharing my broad experience with enthusiastic, dedicated clients.

I provide a personalized approach for each client tailored to their goals, skills and physical abilities. With children, I work to develop their body strength, while raising their self-confidence. With youth, I strive to help improve their body image, with an emphasis on weight loss and muscle growth. With adults, I focus on specific goals, such as strengthening their immune system, finding long-lasting health solutions, and/or raising self-confidence.
