Dear Kosta: How can I begin to summarize ten years of training, twice a week? It is impossible to summarize when you do not want to see it end. Thank you for instructing me in fitness for life- that will last as long as I will! Thanks to you I learned that persistence – training every week, every month, all year round – made me fit enough, without any other special training, for sporting events like races, triathlons, mountain biking, and adventure hiking. I was just a simple woman looking to stay in good shape and good spirits, but the fitness I developed with your instruction enabled me to realize my dreams of participating in exciting competitions. Costa, you knew the strengths and weaknesses of each and every person that you instructed, giving unique attention to your training plan for each person and making sure they trained safely. You have an amazing personality with an excellent sense of humor, you’ve won our hearts and we would all follow you anywhere. You are my trainer for life and you will always be a great inspiration to me! Good Luck in Canada to you and your family!
